This place was so good, we’re going back for lunch again on our anniversary. The hosts were so kind & welcoming, and we didn’t even have reservations. The wine selection was perfect, and the lunch menu gave us some intense fomo. You can’t go wrong here… 10/10 experience in one of Germany’s most beautiful towns.

Had the pizza Diavola and it was the best pizza and very spicy which is hard to find in Germany. My wife and i love spicy food and this was excellent. Family owned and the chef is from Calabria Italy. Definitely going back when we come back to Germany next year. Great service and very friendly, and good price compared to the US.

Best dinner we have ever had in Bernkasttel! The service makes you feel like you are home, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and the food is wonderful! The special Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with grilled Octopus was phenomenal!!

Our first visit to Da Luigi's won't be our last. The restaurant is wonderfully warm and cozy on a winter evening. The service from the hostess was professional and very friendly. Both the generous antipasti platter and the pizza were delicious, and the tiramisu to finish was the best we've ever had.
